Supplier Diversity

ISC Solutions strongly believes that our supplier base should reflect the markets and customers we serve, and maintain our high standards of service and pricing. Our primary objectives:

  • Provide a fair, level playing field for diverse, minority-owned and women-owned businesses to compete on the basis of superior service and pricing;
  • Increase growth of contracts with diverse businesses and monitor progress against established goals;
  • Communicate the value and business case for supplier diversity internally and externally and
  • Partner with other organizations, diversity groups and our prime supplier base to increase Direct Tier 2 opportunities.

Certification Criteria

The ISC Solutions Supplier Diversity Program recognizes prospective suppliers certified by a third party agency. The primary agencies we recognize are listed below:

National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA)
U.S. Small Business Administration Program (SBA)

We seek to establish ongoing relationships with suppliers who are certified as 51% owned and operated by business owners referenced in the following categories:

  • Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE)
    • African American
    • Asian
    • Hispanic
    • Native American
  • Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE)
  • Veteran-owned Business Enterprises (VET)
  • Small Business Enterprises (SBE)
